Several of our children were selected to show off their gymnastic skills in our annual gymnastics competition. The gymnastics they showed are an accumulation of the skills they have been workin on for the past term in their gymnastics lessons. They all did very well.
The gymnasts were very talented. They did flips, one handed cartwheels and back bends. It was very exciting and I think they had trained very hared to learn the skills.
Amalie - Year 6
I could tell that the gymnasts had practised because most of them could do splits in both directions, back bends and one handed cartwheels. It was very exciting and impressive as they were only primary school age. If they continue to practise I'm sure they could be professional gymnasts.
