Nine children took part in the third cross country series event. This was held at St Mary's Insland Primary School and was the roughest terrain that the children have encountrere so far. All the children ran to the best of their ability and did very well. Mikel was beaten into second place by just one second and all the other runners finished with good times and placings.
Well done to all the Bredhurst cross country runners.
On Wednesday we went to St Mary's Island to race in cross country. It was quite difficult as there were lots of hills but overall it was very fun. We all completed the race and persevered the whole way through.
Verity - Year 6
On Wednesday we took part in a cross country and it was really fun. We cheered each other on and done our best. It felt like a long course and there were a lot of hills.
