KS2 Football v The Oaks - 2nd February10 February 2023 (by admin) |
We are delighted to be able announce that our key stage 2 football team won their football match yesterday with a fantastic result of 5 - 0. Mr Peters commented on how much better they played as a team and how much the confidence of some of the younger players is really developing. Two players really stood out; Kairo for the way he not only played, but conducted himself on the pitch and Elliott who listened to all instructions and worked tirelessly throughout the match, even scoring a penalty. The other goals were scored by Oliver (1), Mikel (2) and Elliott (2). Once again, thank you to Mr Horton who referred the match. He did an excellent job once again and took the time to talk to some of our children, giving them advice and encouragement.
We won 5 - 0 and Mikel scored 2, Elliott scored 2 and Oliver scored 1. It was a fair game, we played very well together and we passed the ball round a lot and that made us score all the goals. The Oaks were trying their best but they were unlucky.
Kairo - Year 3
We won 5 - 0. We played well. I scored 2 goals. One was a penalty. We were very happy we won.
Elliott - Year 4
